Self-Realization is an experimental Short film influenced by the short story “The Second Night” of “Ten Nights of Dreams” by Natsume Sōseki.(1908)
In this short film an artist goes to his studio and triggers an encounter with his rhetoric wiser inner self, he starts a conversation about being an artist and creating art.
The short film is about exploring the creative process and the discomforts and restrictions of time limits and the rationalisation of being.
Exploring the Self doubts of the artist, and the convictions over the capabilities. Dealing with fear, panic, suicide, madness and inspiration.
